Hi, I’m Noelle Noel, and yes, my first and last name are pronounced the same! I’m a hair stylist servicing the greater Toledo Ohio area! My passion is using hair color and highlighting techniques to accentuate your best features and natural beauty. I love combining customized color with tailor made hand tied extensions to create a beautiful and seamless transition between your natural hair and your hair extensions. What a power house duo!
